When Will My Order Ship?

Once your package is handed over to the local delivery service, ownership transfers to the recipient.

My Tracking Shows "Delivered" but I Haven't Received It
We understand how important your order is!
If tracking indicates your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check your surroundings first — it may have been delivered to a neighbor by mistake.
Also, check with family members, roommates, or building management if they may have accepted the package.
Please note: Once tracking shows "delivered" and the delivery address matches your information, the order is considered successfully delivered.
Our insured shipping policy only covers orders up until the carrier marks them as delivered.
We will do our best to assist, but the store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If the package cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
